Not only fixing the game-breaking bugs, but also in response to fan feedback, about monster spawn rates and the intro movie for instance (Nietsche's quote is back). There's been some 4 patches already in only 3 weeks after release. I do like some of the things that are done with the Enhanced Edition and the things that are dislikeable about it are being worked upon. I wouldn't know the answer myself, I'm not a modder, just some player that's addicted to using mods.
